International Shipping Cost
If your order is being shipped out of the United States, the
actual cost of
the postage will be charged to the customer.
Approximate Delivery Time
Orders will be mailed out within one week of the date that they
are
placed. If an item is temporarily out of stock or is no longer
available, the consumer will be notified via email or telephone
within
48 hours. At that time, an approximate time when the product will
be
available will be given, and the consumer will be permitted to
cancel
the order if he/she wishes.
Should the item still not be available thirty days after the
initial
order, the consumer will be notified of such and be given another
opportunity to cancel the order.
Return Policy
If you receive damaged merchandise, call (800) 636-5356 or email
jay@ocallahan.com and inform
us of the damage and its nature
immediately. Let us know if you'd like a refund or if you'd like
the
item replaced with an undamaged product. A credit to your charge
card
will be processed or the product will be mailed out within five
business days. You may be asked to return the merchandise at our
expense.
